STALL FEE / DAY $40 NO OVERNIGHT
STALL FEE WEEKEND PRE $75 / POST $85
SHAVINGS $15/Bale
HAUL IN $15 /DAY
OFFICE FEE $10 / DAY
FRIDAY NIGHT CLASSES: $15/$95 FLAT FEE
CLASS FEE $13.00
SATURDAY FLAT FEE $120.00
SUNDAY FLAT FEE $120.00
RV FEE w/POWER / PER NITE $35
DRY CAMPING $10 PER NITE
TRAIL EQUIPMENT FEE $10 PER HORSE
POST ENTRY $10 FOR STALL AND/OR ENTRY
Post Entry Deadline = Monday prior to the show 5pm

HOURS:
FRIDAY
Haul in after 11AM. Show Office opens at noon & closes immediately following last class.
ARENA Will be open at noon.
2:00pm to 2:45pm arena is ONLY for horses showing Friday night to warm up.
2:30pm to 3:00pm office check in ONLY for exhibitors showing Friday night. Show Starts 3:00pm
SATURDAY Office Opens 7am & closes at end of show
Arena closes at end of show until Sunday morning
SUNDAY Office Opens 7am & closes at end of show
Trail will be set up Saturday night. It will be open for schooling u$10 trail equipment until Sunday morning at 7:30 am. Each horse showing in trail will be charged a $10 trail equipment fee. If you are not in a trail class and ride the course you will be charged a $10 trail equipment fee.
JUDGES AND MANAGEMENTS DECISIONS ARE FINAL
Schooling equipment is allowed
Show clothes are not required
Cross entry between W/T & canter classes allowed EXCEPT 10 & under riders cannot ride a canter class
One horse/rider combo cannot win both w/t & w/t/c high point in the same division at a single show.
You must declare what High Point you are running for. You cannot run for a W/T and a W/T/C High Point. You must pick one or the other
Green Horse = 1st year showing
Novice Exhb = not to have won 6 blue ribbons in the same category
**If you start the series as a Green Horse or Novice Exhb you can ride the entire series in those divisions**
Friday has a separate flat fee of $95. Weekend flat fee is $120 per day
Stalls will be unlocked for those reserved. Please communicate & reserve as a group if you want to be together. If your trainer reserves your stall you do not have to do it as well.
