This show has no National sanctioning. For the most part, we will be following AQHA rules with this show. If there are classes or questions that are not answered within AQHA we will defer to the appropriate association (Ranch Horse or Pinto). If your questions is still not answered we will review it with the judge. The judges decision is final. At times we may consider what is best for the show and go with that decision. All exhibitors will be made aware of any rule changes.

Pre-Entry Cut Off Date 3/17/2025

Entries will be accepted after the post entry date. You will simply pay the $20 post entry fee. You can still haul in and always enter at the show!

FEES:

STALL FEE / DAY $50 NO OVERNIGHT

STALL FEE WEEKEND $85 (Fri thru Sun)

SHAVINGS $15

**If you bring your own shavings you will now be required to pay a $12 haul out fee**

STALL CLEANING FEE $20 REFUNDABLE IF YOU STRIP YOUR STALL

HAUL IN $25 /DAY /HORSE

OFFICE FEE $10 per day

JUDGES FEE $15

CLASS FEE $20.00 No refunds on scratched classes

RV FEE w/POWER PER NITE $35

DRY CAMPING $10 PER NITE

TRAIL EQUIPMENT FEE: $15 To be applied to anyone signed up for a trail class

POST ENTRY $20 FEE

SATURDAY Office Opens 7am & closes at end of show

HIGH POINT CATEGORIES:

W/T YOUTH, W/T AMATEUR, W/T GREEN HORSE OR RIDER,YOUTH, AMATEUR /NON PRO, OPEN, GREEN HORSE OR RIDER, ROOKIE AMATEUR, ROOKIE YOUTH

**You must declare what High Point you are running for. You cannot run for a W/T and a W/T/C High Point. You must pick one or the other

**High Points not picked up at the show will be forfeited

Green Horse or Green Rider = 1st year showing
Schooling equipment is not allowed
ROOKIE DIVISION; the exhibitor must have earned no more than ten (10) lifetime points in any breed association
